The Burst Study determines package strength by pressurizing a package until it bursts. This Study meets the requirements of regulatory agencies to demonstrate the strength of a package seal. This Study complies with “Standard Test Methods for Internal Pressurization Failure Resistance of Unrestrained Packages.” (ASTM F1140).
